Applixa Scroller is an easy to use Java based text scroller. Applixa Scroller is an easy to use Java based text scroller. It can be used for scrolling news feeds, stock quotes, product offers or special announcements. There is only one file scroller.class which you need to upload to your web server. You should embed the Java applet using the APPLET tags in HTML.

Specify a WIDTH and HEIGHT, the font will be automatically re-sized to match the height of the applet.

You can customise the scroller with the following parameters. Only the text parameter is required all the others have default values:-text The message you want the scroller to display. -font Which font to use, default is Helvetica. -bold Set to "yes" if you want bold text. -italic Set to "yes" for italics. -textcolor Color of text in hexidecimal RGB format (eg #FF0000 for red). Default color is black. -bgcolor Background color in RGB format. Default is white. -delay Animation delay in milliseconds. Fastest is 0, larger numbers for slower speed. Default is 30.
